Many people have reservations about purchase a used car when they cannot physically inspect or test drive the car. This is totally understandable. However, a car is sold on ebay motors every 12 minutes so it is definitely becoming a more common way to purchase vehicles. Since we sell VW camper vans that are rare and hard to find, we routinely sell vans to out of state clients so we have become very good at facilitating these sales. Here is a brief overview of the out of state buying process: 1) Select the vehicle you are interested in off of our website or Ebay. 2) Review all photos closely. There should be at least 30 and as many as 60 photos of each of our vehicles. If you want to see photos of an angle or feature or even underneath the car, call or email us and we would be happy to accommodate your request. 3) Watch the video of the vehicle. We are working on taking videos of all of our cars so if you do not see a video on our website or in the Ebay listing, then please call or email us and we will make a video just for you. 4) Review the Carfax or AutoCheck. We have a copy of the Carfax or AutoCheck for every car on our website. Just email us or call and we will email you a copy. 5) Request a copy of our inspection and service invoice. This must be done prior to the end of any auction. Our service department has performed a pre-purchase inspection on every car and we can email you a copy of this report along with any service records that we may have. 6) Arrange an independent inspection (optional) - If you want even more peace of mind, we can help you arrange an independent 3rd party inspection at our local dealership or with a mobile service like Lemon Busters. Once again, this must be done before the end of the auction. Our title clerk will fed-ex your states licensing application, the vehicle title, etc to the nearest DMV to your residence. You will then go to the licensing office to finish registering your vehicle. 10) Follow up - We will call you to make sure you received your vehicle with no issues and that you are 100% satisfied. We will then be available via phone or email in case you have any technical questions. For sale is my 2003 Eurovan Mv- Similar to the westfalia/ camper minus the bed up top. It has 2 captain seats, table and bed. I bought the van front the first owner at around 135k. The body now has 172k. The engine was replaced with a parts van that I purchased about 10k miles ago and has about 95k miles on it. The timing chains and guides, head gasket, water pump, thermostat and housing, starter and spark plugs were replaced at that time. Work I've done in my ownership- replaced both radiator fans and resistors, transmission service, alternator, a/c compressor, new exhaust after cat to muffler, front lower ball joint and side door slider. I do have the side window curtain shades and rear bed cushion. There's isnt rust in the common t4 driver/passenger front lower rockers, front and rear windows or fenders!!! I have extra parts I saved that will be included. A short list - front bilstien shocks, folding table, rear bench, complete both front doors, side sliding door, grill, antenna, drivers side window regulator and other misc.... ****low reserve price**** Happy to answer any questions. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a hard to find 2001 Volkswagen Eurocvan with the desirable 2.8L VR6 engine. I would rate the exterior of this Eurovan to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking van. It is finished in Colorado Red over Gray interior through lightly tinted windows. The dark red exterior has a mile deep shine and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find much worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this rare van. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in matching rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Eurovan came in. I would rate the interior of this Eurovan to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The power windows, locks and mirrors all work properly. The powe sunroof does not work. The cloth seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear. The rear has opposing seating with two captain's chairs facing rearward and a bench facing forward. There is a dining table that comes out from the side and the rear bench folds flat into a bed. The cargo area is spacious and clean. The padded shelf doubles as the head to the bed when the bench is folded flat. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The air conditioner blows cold and the heater works well, too. Additionally, there is independent automatic rear climate control as well. The audio system is original and sounds good through the factory speakers. This van comes with 3 keys and the original owner's book. Mechanically, this Eurovan appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.8L VR6 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The ABS light is on. This Eurovan is actually pretty fun to drive. The VR6 makes plenty of power and feels strong. The automatic transmision engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. This is a rare van in a rare color. It has good miles and appears to be well kept. I am selling my loved Eurovan. I will detail everything in the ad. Please read through the ad and message me for more photos and CARFAX.It is an early 2000 model Eurovan, so it still has the 12-valve VR6. It has less power than the 24 valves, but it is enough. I have installed a uhaul hitch and I have done some towing with it. The torque is decent, and the power is enough for you to go up a hill with a trailer attached. It has rear facing bucket seat, and the last row folds into a bed.I bought this car in 09/2017. I am the fifth owner right now. I put about 11k miles in the past year. 80% of those are highway miles. During the ownership, I took care of it very well. The oil is changed every 5k with Pennzoil 5w40 euro full synthetic. Always put 93 into the gas tank. The car is clean title but does show two minor accidents on the carfax, involving two rear hit which I believed left some marks on the tailgate. I have the carfax and I can send it to you. Mechanical wise, the car is absolutely good. The trans shifts well and the engine is healthy. I just change the fuel injectors and gaskets (which is a 5-hour labor job). New engine oil, New power steering line, New evap solenoid, New coolant route @164k. AC is cold both front and rear. I have the best mechanic in town to check everything and to make sure it's running right.Interior wise, it is super clean, non-smoker. I put in some new carpet from GoWesty to make it feel better. New cupholder, New headliner installed in summer. New weather strip on driver side door. Detailed several times. Some interior plastic piece is missing some tips. Aftermarket stereo was installed. New antenna was installed but need wiring to the stereo.Exterior wise, it has some cracks in the front right corner of the bumper. Some dents and scratches on the tailgate. All shows in the photos. The rear bumper was repainted because the clear coat is faded. New bulbs on the tailgate. New wipers on both front and rear. The tires are heavy duty tires with the required load range. Have about 75% tread left. Oem 15 inch alloy rims. New weather tech rain deflector. Rear debadged. Rotation and balance were done recently. Front torsion bar was adjusted as well.I have done a lot of work to make it running well. As my highway vehicle, I want it to be as reliable as possible. I DO NOT have the previous maintenance records, so UNKNOWN if the timing chain was replaced or not. But consider the working condition, it may be replaced earlier, again no records showing on carfax though. The transmission is in good condition, I have my mechanic to check the fluids and all around.
